REALITY MANAGEMENT TOOL
There are separate realities. Home. Work. Nature. Spirituality. Family. Projects. Clients. Games. Themes. Goals. Then, there is the present reality. Desk. Paper. Analysis. Plans. Implementations. Then, there are the competing realities. Time. Obligations. People. Events. Promises. Dreams. Ideas.

What's needed is a reality tool. I would wear it like a backpack and filter all incoming perceptions and thoughts through it. It would be iconographic as well as textual and I would see the symbolic representation overlaid on reality in a 3D matrix of glass, perhaps as a split screen on my eyeglasses or contact lenses.

My database and application to control this process would be on a Virtual Private Network somewhere out there in the wireless universe. I could share or not with others on wireless metaverse.

This tool would act like a game. It would overlay the larger grid of "life". It would "grid" reality in terms of action, notes, related knowledge base and links customized to me. I could cut across my total reality for reference sake or choice sake or change sake or decision sake as overlay to the real reality.

This is not a tool for a cog. I am not a cog. I am a thinking, breathing, feeling self-manager offering my services to the highest bidder who needs my competencies and skill sets.

This is a reality management tool.

Stay-tuned to The MasterList.

THE GEOMETRY OF LISTS
All problems can be reduced to physical and temporal components which define the nexus of the problem, the process for solution or correction, and the product which is the end-point of the process. A list is a geometric text grid with a primary vertical axis that is used to "lay-out" elements of problems, processes, and product.

The human mind sees problems and processes based on a landscape model which is virtually embedded in each of us, genetically. That is because all action in the physical world takes place in landscapes with 180 degree horizon lines where most focus is directed straight ahead on the vertical axis of vision towards the horizon line.

Our language is "loaded" with literary metaphors as well as common words and sayings that express a directional mode on the vertical axis.

This is the way we see things and think about getting things done.

WHAT'S THE QUESTION?
Let's suppose you are a hard-charging person trying to close-out the messy zone in your life. That you are on a quest to defeat the seemingly inexhaustible variety of problems that are constantly trying to overwhelm you and remind you how finite life really is.

You are on the cusp of an insight. It could be spiritual. It could be emotional. It could be social. It could be managerial.

It could even be a tool. A software tool. Why not? Why not take a look at The MasterList to see how a thousand buzz-saws can be converted into gentle snow-flakes, and the rattling and whining of your day can be converted into a focused power for making maximally efficient choices and getting control of your life.

There is NOTHING like The MasterList for pulling your act together and generating fluid strings of output, because it is the ONLY software that provides a SYSTEM for handling the mix of all that impedes flow in the direction of accomplishment. We assume you already know how to do everything. The problem is how do you do it under duress. That is where The MasterList helps you. It's so good at slowing and sorting action out and allowing reasoned choices, it's almost like cheating.

All the projects we are working on are relative in the abstract. Isn't the point to achieve results? Hitting, throwing, catching. What if you could slow down a fastball, add power to a swing, precisely gauge the destination of every ball before it got there and get mitt or bat into position exactly as required? The MasterList does that across all that concerns you. It takes the measure of what concerns you. What's your software for getting things done? If you don't have one, don't you need a get things done, take account of, and watch to conclusion program? A program that replicates the manger in you, not the "fact librarian" in you, a program that boosts the project actioneer in you, not the project auditor in you?

Action or audit, that is the question. Whether it is nobler to have a program that helps you take action, or whether it is better to have a program that reduces you to the level of a bystander to and mere voyeur to the messy direction in which most of your projects are now headed. What do you need? That is the question. What do YOU need. Ask yourself what is the most primal question in your life and work. Then, you can see how The MasterList is the answer.

The MasterList answers the question. The one you have always had about your workload and software. The one that all the other software has consistently failed to answer.
